On the way down from St Peters we had had a long day and decided to pop in for a bite. Nice looking place with a choice of inside or outside seating. Large menu choices with plenty to choose from. On display in the cabinets were pizza, gelato, cakes and sandwiches because it is also a takeaway. We had a capricosa pizza and fried calamari. Pizza wood fired and a good size for 2. They divided pizza into 4 quadrants each had a topping. There was a cracked egg, artichoke, prosciutto, mushroom, olives, salami very tasty. The calamari came with some chopped lettuce and a couple of slices of tomato. This menu item was a second course. Calamari a little chewy but delicious nonetheless. We also had a iutfsparking mineral water and cappuccino just under €50. Food was fresh, nicely presented and delicious.

Stopped here after visiting the Vatican museums - it is lovely to sit outside and people watch! The food was good as well, and the main server we had was very friendly. Convenient place to drop by and rest if you are in the area!

Pretty good pizza and sandwiches. Watch your receipt, they charged me for two slices of pizza and a sandwich. But I only got one slice. Went back and they gave me the money back. I thought it sounded expensive but didn’t have prices so just figured tourist trap. Was reasonable after giving me 1/3 of the price back.

April 2024 Stopped in for a gelato on our walk to the Vatican. Lots of selection. A full menu with restaurant/bistro type of selections. The pastries in the showcase also looked very tempting!

Drove in to visit Vatican City. Stopped in the Mancini Tania and were greeted warmly and served delicious food. The views were nice. We’re able to see the Swiss Guards, Italian Security Forces. Added to the experience of visiting the Vatican & Rome.

Rome Italy- great place to go to after visiting the Sistine chapel. They had a wide range of Italian food like Panini‘s pizza, desserts, and grape gelato. The beer was so refreshing and the service was fast and quick. It is expensive, but it’s a great location. So you’re paying for the location. If you have the money, stop here, and enjoy! I would suggest to have the bathrooms cleaned more often. When we went to use the bathrooms, they were disgustingly dirty.

Delicious, creamy gelato, as you are leaving St. Peter's Square and walking away, going north. The staff was not as friendly as most other gelato stores. And you only got two flavors in a medium-sized cup, as opposed to 3 flavors in a medium cup, at all the other gelato stores that we went to. If you continue to walk north, away from the gelato store, you will come to another square that has garbage cans to throw away your cup, spoon, and napkins. You can also find a taxi in the square.

Delicious panini and pizza but lasagne actually not that good… Double check your receipt as sometimes you can be charged for additional slice of pizza or sandwich.
